Custom banded rapid palatal expander with a central expansion screw connected to upper posterior bands. The maxillary appliance is fabricated to the doctor’s prescribed banding, wire framework and screw position. Precision Orthodontic Laboratory fabricates each appliance according to the doctor’s prescription and inspects it before delivery.

Case Submission
Submit accurate upper and lower impressions, working models or digital STL scans with a bite registration and laboratory prescription. Specify the screw type, activation protocol, retention design, acrylic coverage and any springs or auxiliary components.
